Irish Coffee
For furiously cold winter days

one thing can help on those furiously cold winter days: an Irish coffee according to Jeseph Sheridian's
original recipe - made for passengers crossing the North Sea in seaplanes.
Ingredients
- 50 ml of half-whipped cream
- 1.5 brown cane sugar
- 1
cup of hot coffee (100ml)
- 4 cl of Irish Whiskey
- Heat-resistant,
bulbous glass
Preparation
- Put the cane sugar in the glass
- Heat the whiskey (steam)
- Pour in the coffee, stir well
- Let the cream glide carefully over
the top - do not stir
