Irish Coffee

For furiously cold winter days

Only one thing can help on those furiously cold winter days: an Irish coffee according to Jeseph Sheridian's original recipe - made for passengers crossing the North Sea in seaplanes.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml of half-whipped cream
  • 1.5 brown cane sugar
  • 1 cup of hot coffee (100ml)
  • 4 cl of Irish Whiskey
  • Heat-resistant, bulbous glass

Preparation

  • Put the cane sugar in the glass
  • Heat the whiskey (steam)
  • Pour in the coffee, stir well
  • Let the cream glide carefully over the top - do not stir
