Café Vanigliato

For 2

Ingredients

  • 1 espresso, cold (50 ml)
  • 1 small cup milk (80 ml)
  • 1 small cup crushed ice (80 ml)
  • 30 ml chocolate syrup
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • a few slivers of chocolate

Preparation

  • Make espresso and allow to cool.
  • Put a little of the chocolate syrup in two cocktail glasses and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Blend the cold espresso with the milk, crushed ice and the rest of the chocolate syrup in the Drink Master and pour into the glasses.
  • Garnish with slivers of chocolate. Eat with a spoon.
