Café Vanigliato
For 2 Ingredients - 1
espresso, cold (50 ml)
- 1 small cup milk (80 ml)
- 1 small cup crushed
ice (80 ml)
- 30 ml chocolate syrup
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- a
few slivers of chocolate
Preparation - Make
espresso and allow to cool.
- Put a little of the chocolate syrup in two cocktail
glasses and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Blend the cold espresso with
the milk, crushed ice and the rest of the chocolate syrup in the Drink Master and pour into the glasses.
- Garnish with slivers of chocolate. Eat with a spoon.
