Cappuccino cocktail with grappa
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 cl grappa
- 200 ml hot espresso
- 2
– 4 teaspoons sugar
- 200 ml milk
- Cocoa powder for dusting
To
prepare
- Fill grappa into two high glasses. Stir sugar into double espresso until
it has dissolved completely. Pour two thirds of the espresso onto the grappa.
- Make
hot milk with the Cappuccinatore and mix with remaining espresso. Carefully let the milk & espresso
mixture run into the glasses over a long spoon or pour it in very slowly. This prevents the layers from
blending.
- Froth the remaining milk with the Cappuccinatore and carefully top espresso
with it. Dust with cocoa powder.
