Chocolat Blanc

Ingredients (serves two):

• 50g white chocolate
• 200 ml coffee
• 200 ml milk
• Grated white chocolate for decoration purposes

Preparation:

• Foam the milk and fill it into two decorative glasses.
• Melt the white chocolate in a bain marie, mix with the hot coffee and pour over the foamed milk.
• Sprinkle grated white chocolate over the top and serve.
