Chocolat Blanc
Ingredients (serves two):
- 50g white chocolate
- 200 ml coffee
- 200 ml milk
- Grated white chocolate for decoration purposes
Preparation:
- Foam the milk and fill it into two decorative glasses.
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain marie, mix with the hot coffee and pour over the foamed milk.
- Sprinkle grated white chocolate over the top and serve.
