Cafè Orangiata

Ingredients

  • Heat-resistant glass
  • 2tsp sugar
  • 2cl Cointreau
  • 110ml coffee
  • 1tbs whipped cream
  • Orange peel

Preparation

  • Heat briefly the Cointreau and the sugar in a glass and add the coffee.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and orange zests.
